Booking Process

 

-Make a Deposit or Down Payment for the reservation of your special event.

-No deposit means not booked. 

-You can make a deposit on our bank account or we can meet up for cash payments. (possible meet up: Sm Fairview, SM North, Trinoma, Cubao)                                                      

 

Terms & Conditions

-A non-refundable P1,000.00 deposit is payable upon signing of contract/reservation of date.

 

-The next 75% of the total amount shall be payable on or before the Event. And the remaining balance shall be payable upon the delivery of the output/DVD  2-4weeks after the event.

 

-Claiming of output such as (DVD, Album & Printout) is within 3 months after the event. If claim or paid beyond the claiming period client will be charged 500pesos (P500.00). (This does not apply to client that are already Fully Paid)

 

-B-Focal Video Production  will not give any copy of on the day Photos/Video unless client Fully pays the Total Contract Price.

In the event that more than one client wishes to book services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit.

 

-It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. B-Focal Video Production will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

 

-Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of B-Focal Video Production.

 

-B-Focal Video Production will be limited to the services stated in the signed contract. Any other additional services requested by client not indicated or beyond the contract will be charged.

 

-B-Focal Video Production will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.

 

-Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform B-Focal Video Production of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

 

-B-Focal Video Production reserves the right to use any or all of the videotape for promotional or other purposes and owns all the raw and edited footage.
